Mr. Albert Lo is from Hong Kong. In 1975 he graduated
from pharmacy, University of Washington in Seattle. After working
in Vancouver for a year Mr. Lo moved to Windsor and worked at
Trambly Pharmacy and Kmart Pharmacy before switching to Zellers
Pharmacy where he is working today.
His wife, Eva, is also a pharmacist. They were married in 1981
and have two sons.
Mr. Albert Lo was on the board of directors of the Essex County
Chinese Association, and has helped resolve numerous problems
encountered by new immigrants and counseled many Chinese teenagers
on education and career issues.
In the 80’s, Mr. Lo represented the Windsor Chinese community
in the protest, organized by the Toronto Chinese community, of
unfair reporting by a Canadian TV station on Asian Visa students
and successfully demanded an open apology from the TV station.
